December is the busiest month of the year for corporate transport. Christmas parties, client thank-you lunches, board dinners and visiting executives all land in the same few weeks, usually booked by the same person who's also organising everything else.

This guide is for that person: the executive assistant, office manager or event coordinator with the end-of-year calendar in front of them. It covers the four corporate bookings we see most in December, what each one includes, and how to book them without adding to the workload.

1. The Christmas Party Arrival

The simplest way to make an end-of-year party feel like an occasion is to take the transport off everyone's mind. Senior team members collected from home or the office in a Rolls-Royce Ghost, a multi-car fleet arriving together at the venue, and everyone taken home at the end of the night without a single person deciding whether they're okay to drive.

For larger groups, we can put together any combination from our national fleet: Ghost and Cullinan for the classic look, G63s for the visible arrival, or a mixed line-up for a party that wants to make an entrance.

2. The Client Thank-You Day

A bottle of wine says thank you. A day out says you value the relationship. Client entertainment drive days are a regular corporate booking for us: a chauffeured or self-drive day through the Great Ocean Road, the Yarra Valley, the Hunter Valley or the Gold Coast hinterland, with lunch built in.

For key clients, our concierge team can take it further with a full-day yacht charter, a helicopter transfer or a multi-day programme. One account manager, one invoice, and the full logistics handled across Melbourne, Sydney and the Gold Coast.

3. Executive Arrivals and Board Dinners

End-of-year board meetings and strategy days bring senior people in from interstate and overseas. Our airport executive service covers arrivals-hall meet-and-greet, flight tracking and a direct transfer to the hotel or office, with the Rolls-Royce Ghost as the standard executive car and the Cullinan for larger parties or heavier luggage.

For board dinners, the format is simple: collect, deliver, wait or return at an agreed time, and get everyone home.

4. The Reward for the Year

Some businesses mark a big year with something more personal than a bonus line. A 24-hour self-drive hire of a bucket-list car, a Lamborghini Huracán, a Ferrari 488 GTB or a McLaren 720S, is a reward people talk about long after the end-of-year party. The recipient needs to meet our self-drive requirements, and drivers under 25 are chauffeur-only.

What Every Chauffeured Booking Includes

  • The car detailed to show standard on the morning of service
  • A professional chauffeur in appropriate dress
  • Chilled water and cabin comfort basics
  • Direct liaison with your schedule or event planner
  • Fuel, tolls and standard parking

Discretion and NDAs

Corporate work often involves sensitive travel: unannounced visits, senior hires, deals that aren't public yet. Standard chauffeur discretion applies to every booking, and formal NDA arrangements are available on request.

Invoicing and Account Terms

We handle corporate invoicing directly. Firms with regular demand can ask about an account and monthly terms, subject to approval. Confirm the application process, payment terms and any minimum-volume requirements with our team before relying on an account for your end-of-year events.

Book December Now

Chauffeur work books out faster than self-drive because every booking needs a driver rostered, and December is peak season. We recommend booking corporate chauffeur work four to eight weeks ahead in peak periods. If your Christmas party is on a Friday in December, that window is closing now.
